It seems that every other day i go over my rdi, while the opposite days a will be below 2000 cal. Also I have been walking and hiking more, but I've stayed the same weight. The good thing is that i am below 280 lbs. I know those extra calories are to blame. I also belive that I need more intense exercise perhaps every day, with only a day or two off every week. This past week I walked/hiked W,Sa,M,W but only maintained my weight. I should probably be doing some resistance training as well. I am still so pleased to be at least 55lbs less than about a year ago.
