ok, finally I hit below 170. But as I am a 'creeper' I don't know if I'll stay there for long! But I will do my best to keep it going DOWN. This will happen sooner or later because I am not going to give up!
76.9 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
