Alright I just have to get back in the game.
It's sooo cold and lots of snow. I think we can all get a bit depressed in the North.
I'll make a conscious effort to dust off my beautiful treadmill..give it a good Hoover of all its parts. plug it in and make the magic happen.
Yep it's come to that. In a relationship with the TM. " We got a thing going on" ..thats a song.
I'll keep y'all posted. wish me luck on my plans for today and that I make it happen!
