new start.... every day i start anew... i know one day it will be the second day of diet instead of the first.... one day... just keep on starting to do the right thing every day.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Tomorrow will be day 2!! You're exactly right about just doing the right thing every day.. don't think of it as a 'diet' - think of it as doing the right thing for your health/body. And if you make a little mistake, don't throw away the whole day and wait for 'tomorrow', just get back on track right then and there!!
