I had weighed myself on the 4th and I was up over 163 lbs. I hadn't entered that. I've since updated for November 04 th.
Hormonally challenged right now...hence the gain and then the loss today. Plus I m still not feeling great and that's the loss back to 159.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
