well I knew this week would be hard.
I haven't lost or gained a pound.
I can live with that.
Today I winged it with my food and it reflects in my food diary.
I'll get back on track to losing. Yes I Will!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
