Went a bit over my 1200 calorie a day limit. I set that for myself.
Fat Secret had mou calorie count at 1400 a day
so I lowered it for now.
All in all done well so far.
I hope when I weigh in Saturday I'll have lost some.
Halloween tonight. Cold and snowy as usual on this day.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
