I gave in and looked at the scales this morning. I tend to weigh myself in the morning so as not to be too depressed if there is a weight gain at night or if it stays the same. I have to follow something similar to Atkins now, at least that one I think. Either way I can only have fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy now. No more grains unless I want to willingly go to the hospital. Back to reading labels now too, to make sure about ingredients.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Don't forget about soup! I have been cooking big batches of it to last the whole week so I just reheat it when I am hungry. You can also put what you want in it and not worry about having a reaction to wheat or gluten. Soup can be very low in calories and filling. Let me know if you need any recipes.
