Woo Hoo! I worked hard for that 2.7 pounds. I am finding that the more weight I lose the better I feel and more motivated to do just a little bit more to lose weight.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
