I am down to about 25 pounds lost. Still working hard. I actually walked home from work twice last week which is more than a mile away....talk about body aches. I am going to start trying to do that on the days my husband has the car. It does allow me time to myself to clear my mind and I actually like that. I will continue to work on going down this week. My goal for next week is to reach the lower 360s finally at around 360 or 361..... I can do this!
