I was pretty hungry during a couple of days. It seems if I eat earlier in the day for my first meal, then I tend to eat more throughout the day. Its as if I just stay hungry after that. (but this varies too) I was more active this week than in recent weeks. I walked three times and spent two afternoons doing yard work. (mowing & weed eating, etc.) Earlier in the week when I weighed I had lost a couple of pounds, and now with this weigh in, it is discouraging considering how well the week went. I had a couple of nights where I went over my RDI but other days I was far below. This is why sometimes you can't even cheat a little. A couple of days only slightly over my RDI and I don't lose. I feel that I have to have more intense cardio, and go for much longer walks or strenuous hikes. geeze!
128.6 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 37.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
