It was a hard week for me, with the flu and everything...
well i hope it's mostly water i retain, but i feer the thruth...

anyway, new day, new start...

i'm back (kind off)

today i am thankfull for:
- Sylvia who always starts the day with a big smile, and a listening ear.
- nature with its inventive ways to exploid situations, and make the most of life
- terry goodkind for completing his lovely novel. And now also the series that came from that novel.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
