...and so we begin again. Disappointed I gained the weight back, but happy to report I am finally happy. I never knew I could actually love myself. It's actually a pretty cool discovery. (It's not just a poster on a wall or a meme on Facebook!) As usual, I'm not "dieting" right now. Just logging and being aware of what I'm putting into my mouth. I guess I'll keep you posted.
