Yesterday I signed up at a gym. I got in a good workout. This morning I'm feeling the after effects, which is expected. The downside is that I woke up about 2:00am hungry as all get out. Out of nuts, I found a package of Trader Joe's Cinnamon Graham crackers. I didn't eat the whole package but I did put a dent in it. Interesting...
