Another pound gone but that is because of my inability to even look at food. I think I have the stomach flu so tied in with my gluten allergy, food choices are limited to coffee :) and fruits and vegetables. I am contimplating some sort of exercise class maybe water aerobics to keep myself motivated but schedules are a nusance. Yes spell check is off right now :)
107.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
