Huge drop this week, but I'm sure most of it is water weight. I have been working out everyday and following my diet 100% and drinking lots of water so I will gladly take it!
180.5 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 98.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Outstanding way to get restarted. Of course this is not typical but you should really enjoy it. Keep up on the water intake, drinking lots of water really helps and sometimes the brain misreads signals and when you are thirsty your brain can think you are hungry. I learned this from nutrition experts at the VA (veterans administration)
