Slept well, up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Gained a pound and Elouise turtled. Then to golden chick for Davis and Thai place and got some apple slices from McDonald's, then home. Will call Eloise later.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
