Lowered my RDI from 2800 to approx. 2000. have had a few days well below 2000. I'm not to sure how I like being that low in calories. I aim for significant protein intake in order to hopefully maintain muscle mass.
129.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
