.8 pounds but I'll take it! Down just about ten pounds from five weeks ago, and I feel my hard work in my body. I feel sore, strong calves from running. I feel tightening muscles in my upper arms from the weight training. I see my stomach flatten from just less overall bloat. I'm feeling great and ready to keep on going and keep on moving!
