Way to go!! I am also a huge numbers person which made this site something I looked forward to doing a couple times a day, everyday. You've made some great progress in a short amount of time. Keep it up!!

Thank you all. Need to own up to the fear of scales...so I continue to pay attention to the junk that used to help me quit. The "fear of the scale" was one of those things. That and "not joining in...just lurking around here. " So both of those things is summed up by my posts (joining in) and my fears ( of the scales) !!!! I know it is really ridiculous. Especially if I continue to post and comment and join the community . I know the fears will fade...so KCKO! Thank you again...for talking me out of my tree!

Aren't food numbers fun? (Weighing in, I have a bad history with. I don't know how productive it is, in general. I'll probably find out my current weight tomorrow, and if so, I'm not sure whether to post it here.) I'm glad you're here, too. And all of us! ---Like Chumpslacks, I love the clarity and precision in numbers. Anyone getting alerts when I update food diary probably unfollows as fast as they can. Drafting food plan, then tweaking it as I prepare and measure food. ---Percentages are a learning curve, at least in my case.
