8 more pounds...so close...yet so far! I head to the gym in an hour...after getting the house back to some semblence of human habitation. The activity should help me lose more than .2 pound, as was my loss this morning.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
