Another milestone passed. Under 250. I'm really noticing some big improvements now, in mobility. Starting to feel almost like a normal person again. Not yet, but close. I think once I get under 230, I'll feel normal again because that's what I weighed list time I had a job and although heavy, I wasn't impaired by it. Okay, so I'm 20 pounds from that and of course my goal for the month is to make 230 (20 pounds/month). I hope to be under 200 by mid October.
113.2 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 52.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
