I REALLY worked this last week! And it showed! Worked my program, got all my meals in, worked out for atleast 30min a day, and RESULTS!
153.4 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 65.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
