had a perfect little vacation this week. started out with all the right intentions of not overendulge this week. has sauna at wednesday, ate a little too much then. Had a fish-BBQ but ate all the right things then. But the days after that i ate everything left from that BBQ, and that was a lot more then i was supposed to eat... only 0.6 kilograms weight gain... Being on a plateau also has advantages; it is not easy to loose some, nut weight is also not easily gained...

Today i am thankfull for:
- pieter and peter
- my sweat horse
- order and scedules
- the sun

91.7 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
