Down another .2 pounds. These last few pounds are just fighting me.

Funny story this morning. I was doing a trail run and when I finished, my GPS said that I did 5.35 in 36:23. And I though holy shit! How did I do so many miles so fast??? I was so proud of myself...and then I figured out my GPS was set to kilometers. Well, still a good time, just not as good as the bionic speed that I thought I woke up to this morning.
70.0 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
