Really struggled this week with many things. Eating was okay, but man I am really hoping this settle down some. Being exhausted on end for weeks at a time is really old. I slept really well last night though so that helped tremendously. Celebrating my hubby's birthday today so I made a cheesecake. Here's hoping I can be good.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
