Exercising everyday for 30 minutes walking on my treadmill and trying to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. TRY being the key word. I've been committed hardcore the last 3 weeks. Let me keep it up!
152.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 61.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
