Binged on some Arctic Zero ice cream. 😜
Kids driving me crazy & I'm ready for school to start lol

87.7 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg. Still to go: 17.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

We don't say "binge" we use the word "mis-step", right? Hold onto that last nerve... and don't let the kids jump on it.
