I knew that I would be up with the stress eating that I have been doing and the swelling from the heat. Using this weekend to get back into a better place in my mind. When I am there, making good food choices is much easier. A little extra rest doesn't hurt either. =)
81.9 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
