D1srupta's Journal, 30 Jun 17

I ended up with a moderate fasting period which is part of the reason for the large drop. I'll see some of that rebound tomorrow I'm sure.

Still, I'm quite happy to test for Ketones and see it rapidly change to the darkest color!

I'm fasting a day and a half a week. The rest of the week I try to stick with IF. Weigh in is the morning after the first full day of fasting.

I'm weighing in daily to collect data over the period of a month of day to day weigh fluctuations in comparison to food intake and daily activity. It is also so that I can input the data into my TDEE calculator to get a better idea of what daily intake I can have and lose, maintain, or gain weight. I've been intermittent fasting again, the hunger urges have finally started to reduce, with a basic 16:8 ratio on most days. Saturday night through Sunday morning is more like a 20:4 ratio on most days, but this is simply due to my activities Saturday evening through Sunday morning. That is why that weigh in is always so much lower than any of the previous weigh ins.
