That's what the scales said this morning... was surprised b/c have been good at meal time but have done a little snacking mid afternoon and late evening on banana chips and cheese and crackers. Need more quality fruit around.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Yes I guess fresh fruit is better than banana chips ahd cheese and crackers.
