Have been not following diet at all..plus hurt leg on Jan 13 and have effectively been non mobile since then. Starting today am getting back on diet and exercise programs. So help me God!
89.6 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
