Well, today is the first day of my new resolve, back on the diet. David leaves for camp today so won't have to cook for him or have cookies in the house to tempt me and leg is healing up for getting back to exercises.
Dug the Irish oatmeal out, it keeps me satisfied til 2 o'clock or so and is reasonably low calorie.
I did notice last night between 10 and 11 p.m. I wandered the floor seeking calories and sweets, but they are all gone. I found and ate the last of them. LOL
