I had a goal this year to not monitor food or exercise or even weigh myself for that matter just to see how I would do. I basically did know how much to consume and how much I should exercise. The latter I know for a fact wasn't done as well as I would have liked and since my last check in here, I have gained 2.6 pounds.

I did weigh myself a couple of times these past few months but didn't log in. 2.6 pounds doesn't seem like a big gain but if you consider this every 4 months, that's almost 9 pounds a year! I do believe if I would have gotten my exercise in the way I planned, I would have lost weight.

I hope everyone is well and meeting or exceeding your goals!!!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Welcome Back. I quit logging for a couple of months too and gained 4 pounds. So I'm another example of how not logging had a positive impact poundage in the wrong way.
