Moving in the wrong direction. I just haven't been motivated. I'm not sleeping well, and most days that makes me hungrier.
Got to get my head back in the game! I'm eating the right stuff; just too much of it.

Just take a deep breath and say "I will make a change in my life - no one else can do it for me". I have that taped on my mirror in the morning. It motivates me.

You are a winner so I know it is only a matter of time and you will be going like crazy in the green...we all have our bumps in the road. Thinking of you today and asking for renewed motivation and strength.

Admitting that you have veered off is the best way to turn it around. Accountability. Good for you for identifying portion sizes as being the downfall. That's an easy fix, and you've got this!
