Great weekend - ran half marathon Saturday with my sister-in-law - was a great time - did not worry about food or drink this weekend - had a little break and had a lot of fun but time to get back to business this week - want to be below 150 by the end of the week!! Happy Monday everyone!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations. Wow I can't imagine running a half marathon. I can't imagine running. I have never been able to run well. Even in my softball years I was the slowest runner. Oh well I'd love to have that body back. It was killer. You are making great progress keep up the good work.

Great job with the marathon Megan. We can see a clear downtrend on your chart since the beginning of February. 150 is a reasonable goal for the end of the week (good) which would place you only 6.8 pounds away from your all time Fatsecret low. That's really not that difficult to lose if you control yourself a bit. But, as you say, attainable short term goals is the way to go. Keep up the good work and thanks for coming by today. Yes, I know... :-)
