Gained a pound and a half. Hopefully, next week's will see a change in the 30's again after my period is done and I'm through being bloated and eating emotionally.
109.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't even weight myself a few days before and during.

Yeah, I've decided it's not a good idea. I just got super discouraged and frustrated. The positive side is that I weighed myself this morning (unofficially), and I'm down further than before. I'm sure it's just losing the water weight from my period.
