6 FAT BOMBS AN MT KULAVANU LATER..goood sunday morning..my second attempt on zwift at riding up a mountain that just kept going up an up an up...1226 ft..at the very top of it..last time i tryed i only made 1/4 of the climb before i turned the ride off..i was determined yesterday to ride to the top..yes it was a struggle all the way..i was looking for gears on the bike i didnt have..was in the lowest gear on bike most of time..an when i was able to hit a flat or alittle bit of an decline..was just to tired to take advantage of it..toook an 1.5 hours to ride to the top... .5 to ride down to the other side..lol..687 lost in calories for that ride..and when i got off the bike..i just didnt have alot of energy to do much rest of the afternoon...i was tuckered out..

been raining off an on since friday..glad i cut grass friday..cause grass is liking all the moisture..lightening an thunder from the storms hasnt made it easy to sleep at night..gonna be kinda glad when all of this is done...

supppose to take today off an rest..not sure if im gonna take it off or do another 10 miles an hit my ave for the week..just to early to decide..getting up the mountain yesterday is really a motivator for me ...dont really carre if i get my miles or not..i rode up a mountain that is the highest in zwift..and i made it...wasnt a fast time..but i made it to the top an succeeded at getting there...

well coffee is done..i released some more weight..i climbed a mountain..what more could you ask for...

the hills are good glen..will build legs up an strengthen you as well..i and most everyone i know hates hills..but riding hills once a week or so..helps build you up....you have a great day as well...

You're not kidding about the umbrella. Yesterday it was like god ripped open the sky! No wonder people believed it was zeus and poseidon angry.
