I am excited that even though I hurt my back and was not able to do all my exercises I was still able to lose weight! So now even though my back still hurts I know I can do it even with just diet alone until I can get back to exercising.
94.4 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
