Well considering I didn't do very well eating Saturday night and Sunday, I still managed to lose weight. Imagine how well I'd do if I actually tried. The weekends are really hard for me. I see junk food and I want to eat it. I did go out for a nice long walk ALONE! No hubby, no dogs, just me. It was really relaxing. We're going to get the elliptical machine out of storage and hopefully I'll have enough ambition to actually use it.

I have to go back to the doctor on Friday to have my blood work done again. Hopefully the numbers are down (cholesterol if high). I've lost almost ten pounds since I was there last so I'm praying it's helped.

Fasting day today so I'll be a crab later. Stay strong everyone!
70.5 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job! I know weekends are hard. Seems like we have similar goals. For me wedding weight= happy. Keep up the good work. Fasting does help the drop when you have had carbs the day before. It is not easy though and working out on top of that can be tiring. Let's do this for the Summer girl! I'm 30 minutes from the beach so I need to get ready!
