My weight is stabilizing.
Set point is normalizing.
No matter what i eat, my weight sets at 136 lb + or - a few ounce.
I feel really good about my food choices and my satisfaction.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
