Ok so today at weigh in I was hoping for at least 2 pounds, but was surprised with only 1/2 pound. Just added kettlebell to workout repertoire so hopefully that will help. Hate when you level out, but just shows your body has grown accustomed to the new norm. All I need to do is mix it up and change the workouts to challenge my body.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
