I have been resisting the exercise portion of this whole process. I know I need to get my mind right about it and that once I do my body will thank me. kind of in a holding pattern this week. May have been to generous to myself when eating mixed nuts most days. Still, I am happy. My clothes are fitting more comfortably and that feels good.
93.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing weight on the path to a healthy lifestyle is a process. I find that each piece falls into place when you are ready and we all move at a different pace. Sounds like you are getting ready for another step. Great that clothes are fitting more comfortably!
