After i dropped 6 pounds my weight hit a plateau.
Also i observed my appetite increased slightly.
So i decided to eat and allow my weight to stabilize with increased amount of foods.
Especially before i start dropping more weight.
It is my decision to allow myself to stabilize my weight every 5 pounds dropped.
Note: I have continued intermittent fasting & kept doing Ab exercises in fasted state.
And i allowed my glute muscles to recover from exercise.
Now will regularly include glute exercises twice a week.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
