I had my sons over for dinner and I made a family favorite (Cream turkey soup with homemade stuffing croquettes)I ate minimally but the damage done. Although I did curb the recipe to include low-fat and low-salt items.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
