Note to Self:
Had an emotional weekend. Resolved.
Thus focused on Spiritual balance all weekend.
Took weekend off of Keto based meals.
Intentionally Had fruits 1/2 banana & 1/2 orange each day.
Intentionally Had homemade waffles, testing out new appliance.
(In future i intend to make protein waffles & incorporate it into my diet.)
Also had 1/2 sweet potato each day.
However did Not have bread, Nor brown rice, Nor tortilla, Nor white potato.

My weight fluctuated throughout weekend.
Reminded myself that it was fluid retention due to fructose & complex carb intake.
Now back to my kept based meals.
Ps. I Shall claim the lowest weight for psychological encouragement to continue on my journey.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
