First week of medifast completed! I can do this.... lost 11 pounds.
172.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 90.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Wow! That's great. Keep it up, and remember not to get discouraged if you lose less next week. The first week a lot of the weight you lose is water weight. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll meet your goal.
