incorporating not eating in between meals to drop insulin. however intuitively eating when genuinely hungry within the 6 hour eating window. And not eating during fasting window.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
