DAMMIT! I know better than to eat sushi the night before weigh-in. All week I've been under 160 lbs. I eat sushi (with soy sauce of course) and today I was over 160 for my official weigh-in. Oh well, next week I'll have a great weigh-in.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
