Bad food day - thinking about a fast day - at very least low cal day just to make up for the guilt of what I ate yesterday - everytime I stop being diligent I fall apart - shouldn't this be a habit of second nature by now!!!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
